ok yeah i suspected that mine was fake since it won't turn on properly even with fresh batteries, but this confirms it :( if they ever have a concert near me i'll buy a real one there!

I bought me and my younger sister lightsticks for our first svt concert together, and they ended up being fake. It was heartbreaking and a waste of money. Not only did they not connect to the app, but they also continued to say "low battery" even with brand new batteries inside. My boyfriend bought me a new one for Christmas to cheer me up, but I think THAT is fake too. I am very sad and I'm gonna have to just buy it at the super expensive price+international shipping from Weverse shop. If anyone has any advice ab where to buy them that's in the USA (online) pls lmk.

I ended up watching the entire video to compare mine. It was at a 50/50. It did connect to the app, but to know if it's only official is when it lights up at the concert in sync or not. I did not receive a photo card, instead got 2 character light stick covers.
